IV.1.1.

Explanation:
The Authority is proposing to extend the existing framework agreement (JPS211) with KPMG (Framework), dated 10.5.2016, for a further period of 12 months as provided for in the original OJEU notice. As part of this extension, the Authority and the contracted provider (KPMG) propose to amend the framework to enable changes to the services model to be more closely aligned to a Platform as a service (PaaS). This will enable the Authority to benefit from future extensions to the products that will form part of the service, in addition to providing a royalty payment to the Authority on future sales. By extension the change to the framework will enable the existing call-off contracts to also be amended to reflect the revised position. To facilitate the changeover to a PaaS system, the Authority will transfer ownership of the intellectual property it holds under the Framework. There are no proposed changes to the contract value under the Framework.
