Ukraine-Kyiv: Railway equipment
The contract will be financed by European Investment Bank (EIB) and is subject to EIB's Guide to Procurement.

Supply of Two New Funicular Cable Railway Cabins for Carriage of Passengers, Associated Goods and Related Services
The Supplier shall provide the following contract components:
— two new funicular cable railway cabins;
— associated goods including:
• machinery and linear equipment,
• traction power system,
• control command equipment,
• fast battery charging system at terminal stations;
— main spare parts;
— set of wearing and consumables spare parts;
— maintenance, repair and diagnostic tools;
— related services including:
• personnel training;
• commissioning of funicular cable railway cabins and associated goods.

Supply of two new funicular cable railway cabins for carriage of passengers, associated goods and related services:
— supply of set of wearing and consumable spare parts for 2 years maintenance;
— supply of a set of main spare parts;
— supply of maintenance, repair and diagnostic tools;
— delivery of technical documentation;
— supply of related services (commissioning of funicular cable railway cabins and associated goods, personnel training, etc.).
Incoterms delivery conditions: EXW (Ex Works) for goods supplied from within the contracting authority’s Country, CIP (border or port) for goods supplied from outside the contracting authority’s, including all expenses related to the supply, delivery, handling and insurance of goods to the final destination place: Petra Sagaidachnoho street 3, in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv city2, Naberezhne Shose Str., Kyiv, Ukraine, Ukraine, to be defined by Kyivpastrans (final destination at place) (the address will be confirmed during signing of the Contract).
The required date of delivery is no later than: 12 months from the date of the advance payment receipt by the supplier.
The required completion date is no later than: September 2022
Tender documents may be obtained from the purchaser’s office at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of EUR 200 (two hundred Euros), including VAT, or equivalent in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) at the National Bank of Ukraine exchange rate the day of transfer.

In line with cl. 19 of the section 1 ‘Instruction to Tenders’ and cl. 19 of the ‘Tender Data Sheet’ in the tender documents, all tenders must be accompanied by a tender security shall be in amount of EUR 100 000.00 (one hundred thousand euro) or its equivalent in another convertible currency or Ukrainian Hryvnia at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the date of issuance or transfer.
All tenders must be delivered in closed envelopes bearing the mention ‘Supply of two new funicular cable railway cabins for carriage of passengers, associated goods and related services’ to the office at 04070, Ukraine, Kyiv, Naberezhne Shose str. 2, floor 2, room 205 on or before 24 March 2021 at 13 p.m. Kyiv time. Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.

Tenderers may submit their tenders by mail or by hand.
Tenderers shall not have the option of submitting their tenders electronically.
In case of sanitary restrictions, an addendum to this tender document will be sent to the participants having bought the tender documents and will detail the e-Procedure for tender submission and bids opening.
Section VI: Complementary information
Languages in which tenders or requests to participate may be submitted: English language with certified translation in Ukrainian language or in Ukrainian language with certified translation in English language. For the purposes of interpretation, the English version shall prevail.
