The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tender submissions for the supply, storage, distribution and support of Pharmacy Needle Exchange Packs for the Pharmacy Needle Exchange (PNEX) Programme.
The PNEX Programme are seeking the implementation of a managed solution for the supply, storage, distribution and support of Pharmacy Needle Exchange Products for the Pharmacy Needle Exchange (PNEX) Programme.
The scope of the contract is for the supply of the Products listed in the Tender Response Document, Specification & Cost tab, and to include the collection, storage and distribution of Water for Injection to the HSE PNEX Programme. The HSE reserves the right to include additional PNEX Programmes by agreement with the successful Contractor over the lifetime of the Contract. The Contract duration will be for a term of 24 months with the option of extending for a further 2x12 month periods with the same terms and conditions.

Description of the procurement
The PNEX Programme are seeking the implementation of a managed solution for the supply, storage, distribution and support of Pharmacy Needle Exchange Products for the Pharmacy Needle Exchange (PNEX) Programme. This solution must include:
• the supply, storage, distribution and support of Pharmacy Needle Exchange Packs
• the collection, storage and distribution of Water for Injection (the Water for Injection will be paid for by the PNEX Programme).
• invoice based on the products delivered only to HSE Pharmacy Needle Exchanges
• a total single line item Price to include supply, storage, distribution and any other related delivery / customs charges (if applicable).
The scope of the contract is for the supply of the Products listed in the Tender Response Document, Specification & Cost tab, and to include the collection, storage and distribution of Water for Injection to the HSE PNEX Programme.
