The S2R JU invites applications from individuals (‘natural persons’) with a view to establishing two lists of senior external experts and 12 areas of expertise (sublists) who could be called on in connection with:
Seniority A:
— senior programme management activities related to the S2R Programme, including supervision, monitoring, validation, etc. carried out under the S2R JU authority;
— or any senior relevant expertise in core activities related to the to the delivery of the S2R Programme, such as audit and control, financial, administrative, communication, dissemination, etc.
Seniority B
In addition to the expertise indicated under A, these experts are called on in connection with senior professional advice on work conducted within the S2R JU Programme covering the rail system and/or complex subsystems from the structural (technical), functional (process) and resources (assets, people) point of views.
