YPO considered letting the DPS as a concession but following market and supplier engagement took the decision to carry out a full OJEU tender process.
There are no guarantees as to any minimum or maximum amount of services to be provided during the term of the DPS.
Service providers must note that the model call off terms and conditions attached to the DPS contract may be changed in whole or in part by the customer. The customer may choose to use their own terms and conditions and will supply these when a call for further competition is made or elect to accept a service providers terms and conditions.
The customer may choose to award the call for further competition to 1 or more service provider following evaluation
Any Contracting Authority who enters into a call off contract under this DPS reserves the right to include ancillary services as part of their Invitation to Tender which fall outside of the above Regulations.
