Hiring of Vehicles for Compliance Verification Testing
The JRC is involved in the activity of vehicle market surveillance as required by EU Regulation 2018/858. To this purpose the JRC needs to hire vehicles selected on the basis of defined criteria (e.g. risk assessment criteria or substantiated complaint) that will be subjected to tests to verify the compliance of the vehicles with the applicable environmental performance or safety related requirements. Interested economic operators are invited to subscribe on the website https://etendering.ted.europa.eu/cft/cft-display.html?cftId=9930 in order to get notified when the contract notice and all the procurement documents, including the tender specifications, are published. Economic operators are also invited to participate in the request for information at the following link https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/Vehiclehiring
