Organisational and Logistical Services
The objectives of this call for tenders is to identify a contractor to provide the following managed service packages:
1) Meeting room management — reservation service and meeting room set-up;
2) Office management — set-up of staff work stations, office reconfiguration, internal moves, management of IT hardware, network connectivity, furniture maintenance;
3) Asset management — asset inventory, storage space, mobile phones, moving assets and furniture, 1st aid box checks;
4) Office supply — stationary ordering, distribution and management, printers checks;
5) Archive — confidential documents disposal, transfer documents offsite and post office services;
6) Reception including coordination and logistical support for training activities and staff travels.
