VIVID is a Hampshire based Registered Provider of homes and services to local communities throughout Hampshire and parts of Surrey. We were created from a merger between First Wessex and Sentinel Housing Association in 4.2017. We have around 70 000 customers, 30 000 homes and 1 000 staff and are the largest provider of housing association homes in Hampshire with a strong commitment to addressing housing needs. Our ambition is to maximise opportunities to make more housing available and affordable for everyone. VIVID wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Architects and Employers Agents. We have a development strategy to deliver between 800-1200 new homes per year up to 2022 requiring the services of Employers Agents. While the development programme will involve a high percentage of section 106 developer led projects, we also envisage that approximately 200-300 units per year will be VIVID led opportunities requiring the services of Architects.

It is our intention to enter into this framework agreement for 4 years subject to satisfactory performance. Upon expiry of this agreement, VIVID will review requirements and a further procurement exercise may be carried out.

As a result of the merger between First Wessex and Sentinel Housing Associations under which VIVID was created, there will be a period of ongoing structural and operational changes, the outcomes of which may affect this contract. Potential impacts on this contract may be the reduction, increase or cessation of our requirements under specific lots.
