The NPS on behalf of the Welsh public sector wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of IT Hardware and Associated Services.
Key areas are likely to include but are not limited to:
— End User Devices (PCs, Laptops, Thin Clients, Tablets etc.);
— Servers (Incl. parts and components);
— Networking Infrastructure Equipment (Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls and Associated Network Equipment);
— Audio Visual Equipment (projectors, cameras, TVs etc.);
— Peripherals (external storage devices, desktop printers, scanners etc.);
— Multi-Functional Devices;
— Ancillary IT Equipment (replacement batteries, charging cabinets, cables etc.);
— Secure Hardware Disposal;
— Repair and maintenance.

NPS will carry out market engagement to test assumptions behind the above list of proposed services and shape the optimal structure to achieve the commercial aims of this procurement.
