The subject of this contract is the supply and delivery of information technology equipment and devices for the deployment of server infrastructures at Ethiopian health insurance agency and use of community based health insurance information system (enrollment — phones, claim submission — tablets, desktop computers, etc.) at Woreda (district) level.

Lot 1: supply and delivery of server infrastructures (server, router, NAS, server rack, industrial QR code printer, etc.);
Lot 2: supply and delivery of information technology equipment and devices (desktop computers, tablets, phones, printers, etc.).

Annex IV to the Partnership Agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States of the one part and the European Community and its member states, of the other part, signed in Cotonou on 23.6.2000 as amended in Luxembourg on 25.6.2005 and in Ouagadougou on 22.6.2010. Reference is made to Annex IV as revised by Decision 1/2014 of the ACP-EU Council of Ministers of 20.6.2014.
Please be aware that after the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU, the rules of access to EU procurement procedures of economic operators established in third countries and of goods originating from third countries will apply to candidates or tenderers from the United Kingdom and to all candidates or tenderers proposing goods originating from the United Kingdom depending on the outcome of negotiations.
