II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The provision of commercial removal and relocation services for the move of the EBA's physical assets from its current premises in London at One Canada Square, London E14 5AA to its new premises in Paris at Tour Europlaza, 20 avenue Andre’ Prothin, 92997, La Défense, Paris, FRANCE. The office removal will be divided into 2 phases. The first phase will start one week prior to the second phase. The move will take place over 2 weekends between 25.5.2019 and 2.6.2019.

A compulsory site visit to EBA's offices in London will take place on 22.2.2019 starting at 10:00 a.m. UK local time. Tenderers must book a time slot for the site visit by writing to tenders@eba.europa.eu by 20.2.2019 midday (12:00 p.m. UK local time) specifying who will attend the site visit. The number of persons attending the site visit will be limited to 2 per tenderer.
