The objective of this multiple framework contract is to provide the Energy Directorate of the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation with external expertise of high quality to ensure objectivity and high-level technical services to support the Directorate in the design and preparation of Union policy initiatives and legislative and programme proposals in the field of non-nuclear energy research and innovation, in particular renewables, CCS and clean coal.
