ROC Midden Nederland zoekt voor de komende jaren betrouwbare leveranciers die de inhuur van alle tijdelijke externe medewerkers voor ROC MN verzorgen. Doelmatigheid, ontzorging van de inhurend managers, transparantie, kostenbeheersing/reductie en rechtmatigheid/compliancy staan voorop. ROC Midden Nederland zoekt hiervoor partners met veel marktkennis en een breed netwerk om alle inhuurvraagstukken goed in te kunnen vullen, ook met krapte in de arbeidsmarkt.

De gemiddelde jaaromvang van alle inhuur van externen is ongeveer 5 000 000 euro, ca. 70 % daarvan betreft de inhuur van onderwijzend personeel.
