Upgrading existing gas back boiler systems to condensing boilers with new radiators. Converting existing storage heating to gas condensing boilers, installing air source heat pump systems to rural homes, updating storage heating and undertaking heating upgrades to void properties. Testing of existing electric wiring and the installation of hard wired CO detectors will also be included. The work is spread throughout the Ananndale and Eskdale, Nithsdale, Stewartry and Wigtown District Council areas. The contract will extend over a 48 month period with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
