Information system development and supporting services for employment, social affairs and inclusion (CASIS).

The purpose of this call for tenders is the acquisition of external IT services for development and supporting services in the context of the employment, social affairs and inclusion.

The services include, inter alia, adaptation and/or integration of existing systems and products and involve activities as described for each lot.

Lot 1 concerns the development of information systems, their implementation and maintenance.

Lot 2 concerns the supporting services for information systems, including testing, user assistance and consultancy.

It may concern all types of information systems of the contracting authority for all areas related to employment, social affairs and inclusion.

It may concern all types of information systems of the contracting authority for all areas related to employment, social affairs and inclusion.

— data processing and information management applications,

— workflow and business management,

— business intelligence applications,

— data warehouse.

It also concerns legacy applications and open-source software (OSS) developments.
