The tasks are to be performed at the Eurofound’s premises in Dublin (Ireland).

The successful contractor is expected to provide the following services to Eurofound:
— on-going staff service (both breakfast and lunch) in the canteen. Three levels of service are envisaged (options): minimum, medium, maximum;
— ad-hoc catering service for conferences, meetings and other events.

Description of renewals:
The contract will be renewed automatically three (3) times for twelve (12) months each, unless one of the parties receives formal notification to the contrary at least three months before the end of the ongoing duration.

Description of options:
The successful contractor is expected to provide on-going staff services (breakfast and lunch) in the following ways:
— minimum level of service: one member of canteen staff catering for c. 20 % of Eurofound staff;
— medium level of service: two members of canteen staff catering for c. 40 % of Eurofound staff (Option 1);
— maximum level of service: two members of canteen staff catering for c. 60 % of Eurofound staff (Option 2).
Eurofound relies on the following assumptions:
— contract implementation will start at medium level of service (Option 1),
— minimum level of service to be possibly in place over the 6 months;
— medium level of service to be possibly in place over the 24 months;
— maximum level of service to be possibly in place over the 18 months.
