According to Article 23, § 1 – 3 of the Belgian Act of 17.6.2013 concerning the motivation, the information and the legal remedies regarding public procurement, certain contracts for work, supplies and services and concessions, an appeal against e.g. the selection decision and the award decision can be lodged at the Brussels Commercial Tribunal (‘Ondernemingsrechtbank’).
