Multi-technical maintenance of the EBA’s office building installations in Paris — La Defense.
Tour Europlaza, floors/étages 24, 25, 26 et 27, 20 av. André Prothin, 92400 Courbevoie, FRANCE.
The purpose of this call for tenders is to appoint an experienced service provider for the servicing and maintenance of the EBA’s building installations, equipment and facilities ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturer requirements and safety standards, thus, providing a conducive working environment for the EBA to perform its core function. The different services covered are:
1) On-site multi-technical maintenance technician;
2) Preventive maintenance;
3) Corrective maintenance;
4) Office fitting and refurbishment (including project supervision/management services);
5) Additional maintenance services.
Tacitly renewable for 3 periods of 1 year each. Maximum duration of 48 months.
A site visit is planned to take place on 10.3.2020 at the following address: Tour Europlaza, 27th floor, 20 avenue André Prothin 92400 Courbevoie, France. This site visit is compulsory for economic operators. Potential tenderers must communicate the full name, date of birth, nationality and ID/passport number of their representatives at least 2 working days prior to the site visit.

A maximum of 2 representatives per tender may attend the opening session. For organisational and security reasons the tenderer must provide the full name, date of birth, nationality and ID or passport number of the representatives at least 2 working days in advance to: email@example.com
Section VI: Complementary information
Potential tenderers must not forget to attend the site visit on 10.3.2020. They should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org 2 days in advance informing EBA that their company will attend and giving the data of the representative(s) who will attend.
Any appeal must be lodged with the General Court of the European Union within 2 months of plaintiff being notified or, failing this, of the date on which it became known to them. Lodging of a complaint with the European Ombudsman neither suspends this deadline nor creates a new deadline for appeals.
