The purpose of this call for tenders is to appoint an experienced service provider for the servicing and maintenance of the EBA’s building installations, equipment and facilities ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturer requirements and safety standards, thus, providing a conducive working environment for the EBA to perform its core function. The different services covered are:

1) On-site multi-technical maintenance technician;

2) Preventive maintenance;

3) Corrective maintenance;

4) Office fitting and refurbishment (including project supervision/management services);

5) Additional maintenance services.
