Provision of insurance broker services.
The objective of the contract is to ensure professional insurance coverage through broking services for Eurofound's activities, assets and staff. A balanced insurance coverage is required that minimises Eurofound's risk exposure.
The successful tenderer will be expected to deliver the following services:
— insurance coverage through broking services for Eurofound's activities, assets and staff and any other services related to management of Eurofound's insurance coverage (i.e. independent advice, marketing, claim handling).
The contract shall enter into force on the date on which it is signed by the last contracting party for a period of 12 months. The contract is renewed automatically 3 times for a period of 12 months each.
