This procurement has been designed to recognise the Stock Condition Survey Services company who will best fit The Hyde Groups (Hyde’s) vision and objectives to undertake around 5 500 sample based and targeted stock condition surveys during the 2020-2021 financial year together with the option to extend the agreement on an annual basis for an additional three years (Four years in total).
Hyde aims to continue to commission circa 5 000 per annum over the duration of the agreement, however as volumes are unknown and tenders will be based on a priced matrix. Hyde aim to survey a property once every five years on an annual rolling programme. The majority of the commission is to visit un-surveyed properties or properties last surveyed over five years ago. The remainder will be for smaller targeted based surveys such as low SAP, electric heating or estate wides surveys.
