Geen concurrentiestelling

- Door de (onvoorziene) oorlog in de Oekraïne en de eveneens

onvoorziene steun vanuit het assortiment (KPU 010 Operationele

kleding en persoonsgebonden uitrusting) van KPU :

- Is het onmogelijke om met inachtneming van de geldende termijn een

aanbestedingsprocedure te doorlopen;

- Waardoor de (politiek) gewenste levering aan Oekraïne en de

voorraad van KPU onder het vereiste veiligheidsniveau komen te

liggen;

- De levering vanuit de eigen voorraad van KPU en de wens om extra

te leveren aan Oekraïne is onvoorzien en niet te wijten aan

miscalculatie bij de aanbestedende dienst.
