A site visit will be held on 10.4.2018 (10:00).
The meeting point will be at the entrance to the accreditation centre of the Altiero Spinelli Building in Brussels.
Any economic operator obtaining the tender documents concerning this contract may attend the site visit. In any event, economic operators wishing to take part should confirm this by e-mail (INLO.AO.DIR.A@europarl.europa.eu) 3 working days before the visit, giving details of the company name and the name, position, identity card number and date of birth of the participants. Representatives must carry a valid identity document.
No more than 2 representatives per economic operator may attend. Attendance at this visit is optional.
The European Parliament will draw up a report following each site visit, which will be published on the website https://etendering.ted.europa.eu on 23.4.2018.
During the site visit, the economic operators will have the opportunity to ask questions which they deem relevant and useful for drawing up a tender. The language for the visit will be French.
Any travel costs relating to the site visit are to be borne by the economic operator and will not be reimbursed by the European Parliament.
