Hankinta perustui Hansel Oy:n perustamaan dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään ''IT-konsultointi 2021-2025 (DPS)''. Hankinnan kohteena oli palveluohjauksen ja palveluliiketoiminnan kehittämisen ja tuen konsultointipalvelut sekä palvelukehittämisen ja tuen konsultointipalvelut.

Hankinnan kohde oli jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen, sillä hankinta muodostuu kahdesta (2) erilaisesta asiantuntija-alueesta. Molempiin osa-alueisiin valittiin yksi (1) toimittaja.

Hankinta koskee sopimuskautta, jonka aikana Asiakas tilaa asiantuntijapalveluita toimeksiantoina.
