Covered and external storage areas or bays, hard standing parking and an administrative office are also associated with the development. The warehouse containing the production equipment will be approximately 14 000 m2 with the length of the structure in excess of 200 m to house the production line. Planning permission for this proposed development will be applied for under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
