The aim of this invitation to tender is to enter into a successive multiple framework contract, as of the 2018 financial year, with at most 2 service providers for the design, organisational management and running of the training programme relating to the 'certification procedure' on behalf of the European School of Administration (EUSA), representing the European Commission, contracting authority. The certification enables institution officials to advance from the category of assistant to that of administrator. Please refer to the web address specified in point I.3.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The contractor shall provide the following services, as described in the specifications (please refer to the web address specified in point I.3):
I. to run existing modules from the training programme by making any modifications decided in agreement with the School (see point 1.2.3);
II. to develop any new modules requested by the School or to adapt existing ones. This shall also include developing course documentation content (see point 1.2.4);
III. to propose a team to the School, particularly trainers to run the programme (see point 1.2.5);
IV. to print and deliver course manuals and necessary documentation to the locations envisaged for the training (see point 1.2.6);
V. to contribute to the evaluation processes set up by the School and assume, in a general sense, an advisory and assistance role in order improve the quality and relevance of the training modules (see point 1.2.7).
