Framework contract for electrical works in the European Parliament buildings in Strasbourg.
The contract may be extended for a maximum of six months if the procedure intended to replace the contract is unsuccessful.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Participation in this invitation to tender is open on equal terms to all natural persons, legal entities and public bodies of the Member States of the European Union and to all natural persons, legal entities and public bodies of non-member countries which have entered into a special agreement with the European Union in the public procurement field giving them access to the contract in this invitation to tender, under the conditions laid down by this agreement.

Section VI: Complementary information
A mandatory site visit will be held on 24.3.2022.
The meeting point for the visit will be at the entrance to the accreditation centre of the Winston Churchill Building in Strasbourg.
Any economic operator obtaining the tender documents concerning this contract may attend the site visit, upon request. A maximum of two (2) representatives per company may participate. In any event, economic operators wishing to take part should confirm this to the email address below two (2) working days before the visit, giving details of the company name and the name, position, identity document number and date of birth of the participants: INLO.AO.DIR.A@europarl.europa.eu
Representatives must bring a valid identity document for the visit.
The European Parliament will issue an attendance list and a report following the site visit. The visit report will be published on the e-tendering website.
The language for the visit will be French.
Participation in the site visit is mandatory: only those who attended will be permitted to tender. Signature in the attendance register will serve as proof of participation.
Any travel expenses related to the visit of the premises will be borne by the economic operator, and cannot be reimbursed by the European Parliament.
The contracting authority's decision may be contested within two months from the date of publication of the outcome of the procedure, either by unsuccessful tenderers or by the natural persons or legal entities who are directly and individually affected by this decision, even if they are not the addressee thereof.
