Eurofound has decided to use the open procedure in order to award direct contracts for the Human and ethical implications of automation and digitisation at the workplace on work organisation and working conditions.
Delphi Surveys and interviews with National Policy Stakeholders
The tasks are to be performed at the premises designated by the contractor and agreed by Eurofound.
Conducting Delphi survey with ethics experts and technology experts and reporting of the findings, conducting interviews with policy stakeholders and reporting findings.
As the working language of Eurofound is English, we would appreciate if the tender proposal is in English.
Case Studies of Establishments Introducing Approaches, measures and Actions Dealing with the Ethical and Human Implications of Digitisation and Automation at Workplace Level
Conducting case studies and provision of four case study reports of establishments introducing approaches, measures and actions dealing with the ethical and human implications of digitisation and automation at workplace level.

Tenders will be opened at the offices of Eurofound, room number LH4. Eurofound reserves the right to conduct the tenders opening online only in case Covid-19 restrictions imposed by the Irish government are in place. In such case information announced during the public opening will be made available on request.
A maximum of two representatives per tender can attend the opening of tenders. Participation will be restricted to an observer role. For organisational and security reasons, the tenderer must provide the full name and ID or passport number of the representatives.
Section VI: Complementary information
Within 2 months of notification of the outcome of the procedure (award decision), tenderers may launch an action for its annulment. Any request tenderers may make and any reply from Eurofound, or any complaint for maladministration, will have neither the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time-limit for launching an action for annulment nor open a new period for launching an action for annulment. The body responsible for hearing annulment procedures is indicated under Heading VI.4.1) of the contract notice.
