Inbjudan att lämna anbud

Jordbruksverket bjuder in till att lämna anbud på Jordbruksverkets tillgång till diagnosverksamhet för analys av förekomst av Globodera rostochiensis och Globodera pallida (potatiscystnematoder).

Provtagning för eventuell förekomst av potatiscystnematoder ska ske i syfte att uppfylla krav i EU:s växtskyddsförordning (EU) 2016/2031 om skyddsåtgärder mot växtskadegörare samt i Kommissionens genomförandeförordning om bekämpning av potatiscystnematoder som beräknas träda i kraft i april 2022.

Ett kontrakterat laboratorium måste uppfylla kraven för att bli utsett som officiellt laboratorium, enligt artikel 37 förordningen (EU) 2017/625 om officiell kontroll och annan offentlig verksamhet.

Uppskattad volym framgår i prisbilagan. Den uppskattade volymen är en vägledning och kan därför komma att variera under avtalstiden.

Teknisk kompetens

Den efterfrågade tjänsten avser diagnos av potatiscystnematoder till art och till patotyp vilket kräver tillgång till vetenskaplig kompetens och erfarenhet av diagnostisk verksamhet inom nematologi.

Tjänster som Jordbruksverket efterfrågar ska användas som underlag för Jordbruksverkets beslut om:- åtgärder för att undvika att G. rostochiensis och G. pallida sprids inom EU- certifiering av utsäde och förökningsmaterial.

Ovanstående krav ställer hög kompetens när det gäller kunskap om växtskadegörarna, provpreparering, diagnosmetoder samt kvalitetssäkring av den verksamhet som anbudet omfattar.

Leverantören ska använda de metoder som finns angivna i Kommissionens genomförandeförordning 2022:xx om bekämpning av potatiscystnematoder. Denna förordning kommer att träda i kraft i april 2022.
