The tenderer must be authorised to practise the profession in accordance with the Belgian law of 10.4.1990 regulating private and special security, in order to be able to carry out the activities mentioned in points 1,2,4 and 5 of Article 1.1 of the law.

The conditions for access to and exercise of the profession of security guards in Belgium are governed by the law of 10.4.1990 on security companies and internal security guard services ("Tobback law") published in the Belgian Official Gazette on 29.5.1990 (implemented by a series of royal decrees and amended on several occasions).

This law requires, in particular, approval by the Belgian Ministry of the Interior to have access to the profession.

At the time of submitting their application, candidates must provide proof of this authorisation.

The tenderer must be authorised to practise the profession in accordance with the law of 2.10.2017 regulating private and special security, to be able to carry out the activities mentioned in points 1,2,4,5 and 13, Article 2 of the law.

The conditions for access to and exercise of the security profession in Belgium are governed by the above-mentioned law published in the Belgian Official Gazette on 31.10.2017.

This law requires, in particular, authorisation from the Belgian Ministry of the Interior to have access to the profession.

Pursuant to Article 271 of the same Law, authorisations issued under the Tobback Law (of 10.4.1990) remain valid until their expiry date.

At the time of submitting their application, candidates must provide proof of this authorisation.
