Providing Technical Assistance to Municipalities Implementing Sustainable Solutions with the View to Alleviating Energy Poverty
The specific objectives of this contract are
1) The setting up and operation of a Brussels advisory hub providing technical assistance to municipalities planning a variety of measures to tackle energy poverty in the pursuit of a just and fair transition; and
2) Further development, maintenance and migration to the EUROPA domain of the Energy poverty observatory website including continued data collection and sharing. The project team will report directly to DG ENER and closely cooperate with other European Commission services if necessary.
The tasks will be performed on the contractor's premises. However, meetings between the contractor and the Commission may be held on Commission premises in Brussels.

Tenderers may attend the opening of tenders but be represented by no more than 1 person. At the end of the opening session, the Chairman of the opening committee will indicate the name of the tenderers and the decision concerning the admissibility of each offer received. The price mentioned in the bids will not be communicated.
