CAFRE has a current requirement for leasing tractors and material handlers. The equipment will be used for the dual purpose of student and industry training and general farm work and must be delivered to Greenmount Campus Machinery & Buildings Centre, Greenmount Campus Dairy Development Centre, Greenmount Campus Greenmount Campus Beef and Sheep Development Centre (Abbey Farm), the Hill Farm Development Centre (Glenwherry Hill Farm) or Enniskillen Campus.
All lots (comprising tractors or materials handlers) will be leased on a yearly basis for 3 years (continuous).
Tenderers must provide a tendered lease price for each lot they tender for. Tenderers must also provide an end-of contract purchase price for each lot they tender for. At the end of each contract, CAFRE will reserve the right to purchase or not purchase each or any of the lots.
