Technical assistance and financial/economic expertise in support to the Smart Finance for Smart Buildings Initiative development and implementation in the area of energy efficiency
Provision of technical assistance services in the field of communication, organisation of events, development and maintenance of IT tools and for the provision of high qualified financial/economic expertise to support the contracting authority with the development, implementation and promotion of energy efficiency financing within the Smart Finance for Smart Building initiative such as support to the Energy Efficiency Financial Institutions Group (EEFIG).
Task 1: qualified technical, financial and economic expertise in the field of energy efficiency financing:
— Producing EEFIG issues papers,
— Preparing EEFIG working group reports,
— Data collection related to energy efficiency financing.
Task 2: administrative and organisational support:
— Supporting the EEFIG governance,
— Supporting the establishment and monitoring of EEFIG Working Groups,
— Organising and facilitating expert group meetings,
— Organising conferences,
— Organising public or private webinars.
Task 3: communication activities:
— Developing tailored communication strategy,
— Launching social media campaigns,
— Translation services,
— Carrying out press relation.
Task 4: IT services:
— Creating new state-of-the-art websites,
— Updating the web page of the EEFIG Underwriting toolkit (www.valueandrisk.eefig.eu),
— Hosting, maintaining and improving the EEFIG website,
— Host, maintain and improve the De-risking Energy Efficiency Platform (DEEP, www.deep.eefig.eu).
The FWC is renewed automatically 3 times for 12 months each, unless one of the parties receives formal notification to the contrary at least 3 months before the end of the ongoing duration. Renewal does not change or postpone any existing obligations.

Tenders will be opened at 11:00 am on 1.6.2018, at 24 rue de Mot, Directorate-General for Energy, unit C3, 1040-Brussels, Belgium.
Tenderers may attend the meeting but be represented by not more than one person. At the end of the opening session, the Chairman of the opening committee will indicate the name of the tenderers and the decision concerning the admissibility of each offer received. The prices mentioned in the bids will not be communicated.
