The overall objective of this tender is to contract the efficient provision and timely delivery of high quality facilities management and maintenance services. The aim is to ensure the effective functioning of Eurofound's facilities at all times.
This tender is divided into 2 lots.
Lot 1: scheduled services — preventative maintenance. It is intended to award a direct service contract for 2 years to the successful tenderer for lot 1. As specified in part D — the draft service contract, it may be renewed up to a maximum of 4 years.
Lot 2: additional (ad hoc) services and responsive maintenance. It is intended to award a framework contract for 2 years to the successful tenderer for lot 2. As specified in part D — the draft framework contract, it may be renewed up to a maximum of 4 years.
The tenderer must be in a position to be able to provide all services requested for lot 1 and lot 2.
