Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter AB (Kfast) nr 556499-5909

Kfast bygger, utvecklar och förvaltar fastigheter i Eskilstuna, från bostäder till förskolor och äldreomsorg. Närmare 15800 Eskilstunabor har sina hem i våra drygt 7000 bostäder med tillhörande lokaler och vi har siktet inställt på att bygga 300 nya bostäder varje år. Vi förvaltar också cirka 560000 kvm kommunala verksamhetslokaler och egna samhällsfastigheter på cirka 68000 kvm däribland Munktellbadet och STIGA Sports Arena.

Verksamheten är uppdelad på de två affärsområdena Bostad och Lokaler. Det finns även att antal arbetslag som ansvarar för fastighetsskötsel, lokalvård, med mera. Vi har egen avdelning för byggservice. Vi är idag cirka 460 medarbetare.
