Study on eGovernment Benchmark 2020 — Smart 2019/0021
The main objective is to obtain a quantitative overview of the status of modernisation of the public sector in a set of Relevant Countries and disseminate such overview to interested stakeholders and to the public in general.
Given the context laid out above, this study will support monitoring innovation in the public sector, namely by executing the collection of data for 2019 eGovernment Benchmark, and analysing the state of play of eGovernment provision across EU countries. The latest eGovernment benchmark with all the related material is available online.
The set of relevant countries consists of 36 countries: the 28 European Union Member States, as well as Albania, the Republic of North Macedonia, Iceland, Montenegro, Norway, the Republic of Serbia, Switzerland, and Turkey (referred to as the EU28+).

The contract is renewed automatically up to 2 times for 12 months each.
