Der Lieferzeitraum beträgt 15 Jahre ab dem 19.08.2024 bei einem Lieferumfang von ca. 565 MWh Wärme pro Jahr. Der Vertrag kann einmalig um 5 Jahre verlängert werden. Die Wertungskriterien sind: Kosten (Grenzwärmemischpreis <= netto 150,00 €/MWh), Primärenergiefaktor <= 0,50, Umweltkonzepte „Brennstoffe“ und „Energietechnik". Optional steht es dem Auftragnehmer frei, zusätzlich zu den öffentlichen Einrichtungen bzw. öffentliche Liegenschaften die Lieferung von Wärme an Dritte, z.B. zusätzliche private Anschlussnehmer zur Erhöhung der Wärmeanschlussdichte innerhalb der Gemeinde auf Eigenverantwortung zu erbringen. Ausgeschlossen ist der direkte Einsatz fossiler Brennstoffe, wie Erdgas, Flüssiggas, HEL Heizöl, Industrierestholz und Gebrauchtholz sowie Altholz, Kohle, usw.
