The objective of this call for tender is to contract Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) services in the civil maritime domain in support of emissions monitoring activities and capable to provide general maritime surveillance functions when needed. The provision of cost-efficient RPAS services should include assets and relevant expert staff to maintain and pilot the RPAS and operators to interpret data as well to provide, capture and disseminate the data.
