Contract description
The EUMM has fleet of 133 vehicles used to achieve the tasks of the EUMM Georgia. The purpose of this contract is provision of a cost-effective and comprehensive (international) insurance coverage for the EUMM entire fleet of vehicles, such as:
— the entire EUMM fleet is fully covered for third party liability and comprehensive (international) insurances;
— accident and claim reporting system operational;
— all reported claims settled.

Indicative budget
EUR 181 500.00 per year.

Intended timing of publication of the contract notice
May 2020.

Additional information
The contracting authority may, at its own discretion, extend the project in duration (for additional 12 months) and/or scope subject to the availability of funding up to the estimated amount of approximately EUR 181 500.00 per year. Any extension of the contract would be subject to satisfactory performance of the service by the contractor.
