1. Haigla instrumendihoolduse osakond töötab ühtse tervikuna, kõigi seadmete kasutamine on integreeritud. Samuti kaasneb uute seadmete kasutuselevõtuga ka ehitushange. Ressursside kokkuhoiu huvides ei pea IVKH otstarbekaks sõlmida aparatuuri ostulepingut mitme tarnijaga.
2. Riigihankes ei ole lubatud osaleda ettevõtjatel, kelle elu- või asukoht on Venemaa
Föderatsioonis või Valgevene Vabariigis.
