AO 06A50/2018/M010-Periodic inspection of the European Parliament's technical installations by an external service for technical inspections at the workplace (SECT)
Periodic and statutory inspection of HV/LV electricity installations, elevators, lifting equipment, access to facades, fire detection and alarm systems, steam generators, pressure equipment, air/water quality analysis, asbestos detection, playgrounds and sports hall.
This contract is necessary in order to comply with Belgian regulations on well-being at work (CODEX) and the general regulations of electrical installations.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Participation in this invitation to tender is open on equal terms to all natural persons, legal entities and public bodies of the Member States of the European Union and to all natural persons, legal entities and public bodies of non-member countries which have entered into a special agreement with the European Union in the public procurement field giving them access to the contract in this invitation to tender, under the conditions laid down by this agreement.

On pain of being denied access to the opening of tenders, tenderers wishing to attend should confirm this by email (INLO.AO.DIR.A@europarl.europa.eu) no later than 2 working days before the tender opening date, limiting their representation to 1 person.
Section VI: Complementary information
A site visit will be held on 7.5.2018 (10.00).
The meeting point will be at the entrance to the accreditation centre of the Altiero Spinelli Building in Brussels.
Any economic operator obtaining the tender documents concerning this contract may attend the site visit. In any event, economic operators wishing to take part should confirm this by email (INLO.AO.DIR.A@europarl.europa.eu) 3 working days before the visit, giving details of the company name and the name, position, identity card number and date of birth of the participants. Representatives must carry a valid identity document.
No more than 2 representatives per economic operator may attend. Attendance at this visit is optional.
The European Parliament will draw up a report following each site visit, which will be published on the website https://etendering.ted.europa.eu on 22.5.2018.
During the site visit, the economic operators will have the opportunity to ask questions which they deem relevant and useful for drawing up a tender. The language for the visit will be French.
Any travel costs relating to the site visit are to be borne by the economic operator and will not be reimbursed by the European Parliament.
