Das Planlaufmanagement gehört bereits in Teilen zum Leistungsbild des AN. Für die o. g. Anforderung der Zusammenfassung der Prüfanmerkungen sind umfangreiche Kenntnisse des projektspezifischen Planlaufmanagements und sowie der jeweiligen Funktionen der Projektbeteiligten erforderlich. Durch die Einarbeitungszeit eines noch zu bindenden AN gehen zudem wichtige Informationen aus den aktuellen Prüfanmerkungen verloren. Ein zusätzlicher AN muss sich durch mehrmonatige Einarbeitung umfangreiches Projektwissen aneignen, um die benötigten Leistungen ausführen zu können. Dadurch entstehen erhebliche Verzögerungen im Leistunsgablauf, die die enge Terminschiene weiter belasten. Zudem ist bei Durchführung der o. g. Leistungen durch einen weiteren AN keine scharfe Trennung der Aufgaben mehr möglich. Dementsprechend ist für den AG auch nicht mehr hinreichend erkennbar, welchem AN gegenüber er ggf. Mängelansprüche geltend machen muss. Die Zuordnung der Verantwortlichkeiten wäre besonders erschwert.
