All-Wales IT Products and Services Agreement
This notice relates to a scoping exercise for the second generation of the all-Wales IT products and services framework. The agreement will include IT hardware, software, ICT services and audio visual products and services.
The National Procurement Service does not guarantee that a call for competition will take place as a result of this prior information notice.

It is envisaged that there will be at least 1 audio visual, covering the supply, install and on-going management and support of AV equipment and solutions.

The National Procurement Service may change both the scope and the structure of this framework procurement as a result of market and customer engagement.
There will be at least 1 lot for IT Hardware, this will cover the full range of end user and infrastructure hardware, including peripherals and ancillary products.
Licensing and Subscriptions
It is envisaged that there will be at least 1 lot for off the shelf Software licensing and cloud based service subscriptions.
It is envisaged that there will be a lot for IT services and solutions, this lot may include the design, build and delivery of a solution, together with on-going support and maintenance services.

Please advise your language preference (Welsh or English) for any correspondence or materials provided at the workshop. By recording your interest you will be automatically sent information including invites to supplier days, clarifications and deadline date changes, etc. Please note that recording your interest does not automatically enter you into the tender process for this notice.
