Civils Framework 2019-2023
The Port of Dover are undertaking a market engagement exercise ahead of their planned procurement of the new civils framework during Q2-3 2018. The port are seeking expressions of interest from civil engineering contractors who have experience in the delivery of planned and reactive civil, paving, highways and marine civil works ranging in value from 0-1m+ GBP in live operational environments, delivering anticipated total works of 5m+ GBP per annum.
The purpose of this market engagement is to begin dialogue with contractors and validate the proposed procurement methodology and delivery expectations (interest, market availability, timeline, contract, delivery etc.).
Expression of interest are for the supplier event being held on the 8.5.2018 at Cruise Terminal 1 the Port of Dover. Contractors must pre-register via e-mail on Procurement@doverport.co.uk [Civils Framework EoI].

Expressions of interest are sought from suitably experienced suppliers or groups of suppliers to participate in a soft market testing activity that will inform any potential procurement activity to be launched in future.
Please be advised that participation in this soft market testing activity does not serve as a prerequisite for participation in any future procurement activity.

Port of Dover are not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the market engagement.
No information contained in this PIN, or provided during and for the market engagement exercise, constitutes any commitment by the Port of Dover to undertake any procurement exercise in the future.
If it does proceed, the date indicated in Section II.3 may be changed at the Port's discretion discretion.
Any possible future procurement would be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the utilities contracts Regulations 2016.
