16.CAT.OP.092 — Arctic training — study.
For this study the area is considered up to 60° North latitude.
The scope of the training analyses should be on (military) unit's (vessel, platoon, base, harbour unit, command post) capability to fulfil tasks operating up north in defined scenarios. This includes all services taking part in maritime operations and activities during the whole operative cycle (planning/preparations, engagement, transfer). However, individual capabilities should not be excluded. The study will examine opportunities that current Arctic training capabilities offer for cooperation in the region — particularly those of the European space — but also in a complementary and cooperative way with NATO ones.
Place of performance: at the contractor's premises.
Place of delivery: EDA premises.
