De werkzaamheden betreffen het realiseren van een ongestoorde verzorging van de salarisverwerking conform de door de UM gestelde eisen en wensen.

De UM gebruikt sinds 1.1.2007 een volledig ingerichte SAP Payroll (incl. integratie PY-FICO) op haar eigen systemen t.b.v. haar salarisverwerking. De Aanbieder dient een aanbod te doen uitgaande van een salarisverwerking SAP Net Weaver, versie 7.5 (dit zijn SAP ECC 6.0 EhP 8) conform de inrichting van de UM.

Daarnaast heeft de UM SAP Travelmanagement in gebruik, met een koppeling voor de uitbetaling met SAP Payroll.

De werkzaamheden vallen uiteen in ondersteuning, zijnde foutenherstel, regulier onderhoud en customizing in SAP Payroll en SAP Travel Management (looncomponenten, rekenregels en rekenschema) en de salarisverwerking.

Opdrachtnemer dient ervoor te zorgen dat de wet- en regelgeving (incl. wettelijke CAO) wordt toegepast in de te ondersteunen systemen SAP Payroll en SAP TravelManagement, indien SAP Payroll gerelateerd.
