The European Union Intellectual Property Office (hereinafter ‘EUIPO’) intends to award two framework contracts in cascade for each of the following lots of the procurement procedure.

Lot 1: Provision of transport services.

Lot 2: Supply of vehicles for rent without chauffeurs and leasing of vehicles.

The contractor must provide the following services:

1. Chauffeur services with and without vehicles from the contractor (regular transport by bus, transport of people, documentation or small volume materials);

2. Services related to the use of EUIPO vehicles (management of fuel cards and electronic toll cards (VIA-T), management of maintenance and provision of consumables on an exceptional basis);

3. Vehicle traffic management (chauffeur and support vehicles assignment service);

4. Administrative tasks related to the contract (on an exceptional basis).
