General contractor for maintenance and finishing works in the buildings of the Commission in Brussels-Capital and surrounding areas
Works of general contractor for maintenance and finishing works, including remedial works, maintenance, development works, modifications, interior and exterior finishing, metal joinery, locks, glazing and blinds in the buildings of the Commission. For this contract, the contracting authority also wishes to strengthen social cohesion by carrying out training and socio-professional integration.

Within 2 months of the plaintiff being notified or, failing this, of the date on which it became known to the plaintiff. A complaint made to the European Ombudsman neither suspends this period nor opens a new period for lodging appeals.
