— fabriquer dans des sites de production certifiés selon les normes ISO 9001 et ISO 13485 par un organisme certifié.

Ce marché est divisé en tranches:

— tranche ferme: achat de 31 lits en 2021,

— tranche conditionnelle: achat de 31 lits en 2022,

— tranche conditionnelle: achat de 31 lits en 2023,

— tranche conditionnelle: achat de 31 lits en 2024.
