IF104 Integrated Partnerships Framework
NI Water wish to invite submissions from Economic operators for the above framework containing the following Lots:
— Lot 1 Water and sewerage infrastructure minor works;
— Lot 2 Water and sewerage non infrastructure minor works and
— Lot 3 Water and sewerage infrastructure and non infrastructure major works.
Separate submissions shall be made for each Lot being applied for. Economic operators are entitled to submit tenders for one, several or for all individual Lots of the framework. However please note that NI Water will not appoint the same Economic operator or Group of economic operators to more than one Lot. This rule will not though preclude the appointment of an Economic operator to one Lot and the appointment of the same Economic operator as part of a Group of economic operators or as a subcontractor to another Economic operator or Group of economic operators, on another Lot.
Water and Sewerage Infrastructure Minor Works
Subject to a supplier achieving the minimum standards of performance (as set out in the framework contract) can be extended at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority for a second term of 2 years and third and fourth terms of 1 year each respectively. The term of a framework contract shall not exceed 8 years.

Selection of economic candidates to participate in the procurement will be subject to minimum standards of economic and financial capacity, health and safety and technical and professional ability.

Any proceedings relating to a breach of a duty owed by the Contracting Authority to an economic operator under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, in relation to this procurement, must be started within 30 days beginning with the date when the economic operator first knew or ought to have known that grounds for starting the proceedings had arisen.
