The aim is to conclude a concession contract involving the provision of areas for installing vending machines to sell food products and drinks in the buildings occupied by the European Commission in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

The estimated value in point II.1.5 represents the estimated turnover for the whole duration of the concession.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Under this concession, the contractor will be responsible for providing all services necessary for the overall management of vending machines that he has provided, in particular:

— provision, installation, connection and operational testing of energy-efficient, environmentally friendly vending machines,

— supply of vending machines for food products and drinks, as well as disposal of waste (packaging boxes, etc.),

— regular maintenance of vending machines (checking they work correctly, technical maintenance, internal and external cleaning, disinfecting), as well as disposal of waste,

— call-out, repair, replacement of parts and, where appropriate, faulty vending machines,

— monitoring and inspecting quality, hygiene and safety,

— administrative and financial management,

— after-sales service.

Vending machines for 3 types of products are to be installed by the contractor:

— hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc.);

— cold drinks (water, soft drinks, fruit juices),

— snacks (sweet and savoury products).
